Welcome to the Dracut Water Supply District website.
The District was established by the ACTS of 1905 to serve the inhabitants of the Town of Dracut and was expanded by the ACTS of 1953 to serve the inhabitants in the Town of Tyngsborough. The District is governed by an open District meeting, a 3 member Board of Water Commissioners and an appointed Superintendent. The District delivers the finest quality water and provides fire protection to approximately 24,830 residents in portions of both communities. The water system consists of 2 well fields, over 100 miles of water mains, 3 water storage tanks and 8 water booster pump stations. The website was designed with an emphasis on customer service and access to information. Hopefully you will find it user-friendly and informative.
