Level 3 Critical Drought – Mandatory Water Restrictions in Effect - No Outside Watering

The Northeast Region has been designated a Level 3 – Critical Drought.

In compliance with the Massachusetts Water Management Program (310 CMR 36), the following mandatory restrictions are now in effect:

• All non-essential outdoor water use is prohibited.  The following exemptions are allowed under 310 CMR 36.  
  
  

The Drought Task Force will reassess regional conditions in July. Updates will be provided as necessary.
