Sealed bids will be accepted until  Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 11:00AM, at which time, bids will be publicly opened and read forthwith.

The District shall not be responsible for bids arriving late due to couriers, deliveries to wrong location, express mailing services, delays related to the processing of mail requests, or any other reason. Postmarks will not be considered.

The contract will be awarded under the provisions of MGL c. 30B to the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder. Dracut Water Supply District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof deemed not to be in the interest of the Dracut Water Supply District.

Acknowledgement:

It is the contractor's responsibility to make certain they have received any/all addenda relating to their bid prior to the bid opening date. Failure to acknowledge addenda on a submitted bid can result in rejection of a bid.
