| Dracut Water Supply District , Water Systems Repairs On-Call |
| Sealed Bids for the construction of the “Dracut Water Supply District Water System Repairs On-Call” will be received by the Dracut Water Supply District at the Water Superintendent’s Office, 59 Hopkins Street Dracut, MA 01826 until 2:30 p.m. local time on May 8th, 2024 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Sealed Bids must have outer envelope marked as “Dracut Water Supply District, Water System Repairs On-Call.” |
| The work consists of emergency repairs and routine maintenance of the water distribution system for the Dracut Water Supply District. This includes hydrovac assisted water main installation and repair, valve replacement, valve box replacement, hydrant replacement, water service repairs and replacements, and odd jobs. All products and materials will be furnished by the Owner. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. |

| Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project. It is the responsibility of the Contractor, before the bid opening, to request if necessary, any additional information on Minimum Wage Rates for those trades people who may be employed for the proposed Work under this Contract. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids, or to accept any Bid which in their opinion, is in the public interest to do so. |
