COVID-19 - Office Building closed to public UPDATED

Dear Valued Customers,

Governor Charlie Baker issued an emergency order requiring all businesses and organizations that don’t provide “COVID-19 Essential Services” to close their physical workplaces and facilities to workers, customers and the public as of Tuesday, March 24th at noon until May 18th. These businesses are encouraged to continue operations remotely.

With that being said, Dracut Water Supply District (DWSD) office building will be closed and our office staff will be working remotely from home. If you have any questions, concerns, emergencies with your water, or want to pay your bill, our answering service will be available 24/7 to answer your calls and contact the appropriate personnel; we will get back to you within an hour. DWSD's customers can also email the front desk through our website and it will go directly to office staff. And as always, you can pay your water bill online at www.dracutwater.com. Going forward we will be suspending all collection efforts for overdue accounts and waiving late fees to accommodate consumers who might be struggling during the coronavirus pandemic.

We will continue to provide updates as this is an ever changing situation. DWSD is focused on monitoring the issues associated with this global health concern, and will make decisions that are in the best interests of the health and safety of our customers, workforce, & community. Our commitment to you remains steadfast as Dracut Water Supply is prepared to help you address any potential water related concerns and challenges and to ensure we provide safe drinking water to our customers.
