Final Read Request | Dracut Water Supply District

Submit the below form to request a final water reading. Once a request is received office staff will reach out to the contact number provided to schedule an appointment for an inside reading. (We will no longer do remote readings for final bills). If you do not hear from us within 1 business day please call the office. Final bills are usually generated the day of, or the following business day after the appointment and will be emailed to the closing attorney. Final read appointments must be scheduled within 10 days of your closing date. Make sure arrangements are made to be present at your scheduled appointment time. A $50.00 no show fee will apply. We require a 48 hour notice for an apppointment. A final read/transfer fee of $60.60 will be charged on the final bill. Less than a 48 (business) hour notice will be charged a final read/transfer fee of $121.25. Note: Water meters must be accessible or made accessible not only for final reads, but also for any instance in which you may require service to your meter/valve.
