experience to you our customers. All of your Field Staff are licensed and certified
water systems operators with certificates in Distribution and Treatment.

Mark Riopelle
|
Mark Riopelle is the Executive Director - Superintendent of the District covering
Distribution and Treatment. Holding the highest grade license in Distribution and
Treatment Mark brings 27 years of experience as a water systems professional. Mark
has been with the District since 2001.

Tim Germain
|
Tim Germain is a licensed distribution operator working on the system and doing
daily maintenance.
|

John Hudzik
|
John Hudzik is the Primary Distribution Operator as well as the Field Service Manager
holding upper level licenses in both areas. John is the Senior Field Services Supervisor
monitoring the daily work of our District. John has been with the District since
1999.

Kelley Chasse
|
Kelley Chasse is the principal billing clerk and expert in our billing
system. Kelley's exceptional understanding of the billing and meter system helps
maintain the Field Staff efforts and timely billing to customers. Kelley has been
with us since 2000.

Debbie Vinal
|
Debbie Vinal is the Treasurer of the District maintaining all accounts,
payables and receivables daily. Debbie brings much experience in District affairs
and is the most senior member of the District Staff with over 30 years of service
(started in 1978).

Maureen Donnelly
|
Maureen Donnelly as our Customer Service Manager, she oversees
the efforts of Office Staff so that customer requests and needs are met. Maureen
coordinates office staffing to assure the Office runs smoothly. She has been with
the District since 2001.

Steve Dehney
|
Steve Dehney holds an upper level distribution license as well
as a treatment license. Steve a Field Supervisor works with our operators on all
areas of the system. Steve has been with the District since 1999.

John Laffey
|
John Laffey is a licensed distribution operator tending to the
daily needs of the system and customer service for installation and repair John
has been with the District since 2002.

Dan Wojcik
|
Dan Wojcik is a licensed distribution and treatment operator maintaining
the distribution system and treatment facilities. Dan was hired by the District
in January 2010.

Erica Tanguay
|
Erica Tanguay is the front desk clerk handling customer calls and payments at the drive thru window and
front counter. Erica was hired as a permanent employee by the District in 2011 after working for a short
period of time as a temp. She comes with years of experience working at the IRS.
